In this episode, I speak with Plein Air Poetry about their artistic journey, including how Impressionism has influenced their work, their challenges in modern poetry, and why building a supportive community and finding effective monetization strategies are crucial for artists today.

Our conversation is not just theoretical but also practical. We discuss the intersection between visual and literary arts, the importance of collaboration, and the unique experience of creating outdoors (plein air). We also talk about the critical role of editing in the artistic process, the balance between detail and abstraction, and the significance of introspection in our fast-paced world. The result is an episode packed with practical advice you can apply to your own path in poetry.

I then asked Brad and Alex which artists significantly impacted their lives. We discussed how embracing struggles can help build deeper trust and more meaningful connections within our art and lives and empower us to create more resilient art.

My hope is that this conversation will leave you feeling inspired and connected! Remember to tune in every second week for new episodes—I'd love your feedback!
